According to the interlocutor, Russia predicted the outcome of the RA elections, and Armenia’s post-election processes are more important to it. “If Russia had hoped to win the RA elections, it would have chosen a more serious leader from an intellectual point of view. They want to delegitimize the current government at all costs.”
As for the opposition’s decision to take to the streets or not, to take or not to take the mandates, Ruben Babayan says: “They will take the mandates; there is no option not to take them. «Regarding going out on the streets, it’s one thing to pay and let them go vote, it’s another thing to pay and let them go out on the streets for days, this requires a lot of money.»
